In honor of Grandparents Day, which is Sunday (September 9th), we wrote: “Greying But Not Slowing Down: Grandparents and U.S. Economy,” and released it on The Intuit Network.

It covers the impact grandparents are making as consumers, care givers and members of the workforce.

For those not familiar with The Intuit Network, it’s a site that Intuit uses for both internal and external communication. They have channels on serving customers, innovation, values and growing their company.

The site has a ton of videos. Intuit always has interesting people visiting and they often film them. For example, there’s a full series of videos where Intuit Founder and Chairman Scott Cook interviews Lean Startup guru Eric Ries.

Great stuff that normally, you would need to be a big company employee to have access to it.

At Creative Sage™, we often coach and mentor individual clients, as well as work teams, in the areas of change management, making personal, career or organizational transitions, and facilitating collaboration capabilities. Statistics have shown that people over 50 are the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs and leaders working for good causes, including serving on nonprofit boards, or starting their own organizations!

We guide and mentor executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals of all ages, to help them more effectively implement transition processes, and to become more resilient in adjusting to rapid changes in the workplace. We work with on-site and virtual teams. We’ll also help you boost your creativity, and commit to those creative projects you’ve always longed to complete!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss your situation. You can also call us at 1-510-845-5510 in San Francisco / the Silicon Valley. Let’s talk!
